NEWS: New Mid-week training opportunity

Sensei Bell recently announced the possibility of a mid-week training session available to all club members using the British Legion Hall on Montgomery Road. This is a great opportunity for Kiryoku students to receive expert tuition from both club instructors covering advanced techniques that would probably not be covered in detail during the open weekend classes due to the larger numbers and wide skill range of training students.

The first of these new trial classes took last night - areas of focus were ohyo gumite, kihon gumite, and kata (including bunkai explanations for combos, etc).

This class is due to run 3 weeks on and 1 week off (due to availibility of the hall) from 19:30 to 21:30. Pricing has not yet been finalised, but it is hoped that the per hour rate will be similar to the Sunday class, depending on numbers. Younger students are also welcome to attend for the first hour.
