EVENT: Annual Ballywalter Training Course

Former European & World WIKF Champion, Nieman Prince will be returning to the province to give another Kumite development seminar at Ballywalter in June. As usual there will be a blend of Sport and Traditional karate and all grades and styles are welcome. Sensei Michael Cole 6^th Dan (QUB) will take a Kata and Kihon Gumite session on Saturday. Sensei Bobby Hamilton 6^th Dan and Noel Kavanagh will be assisting throughout the two day event. There will be a kyu grading session for WIKF members and weather permitting, outdoor training.

Training 1: Friday, 5th June
19:30 to 21:40 - All grades

Training 2: Saturday, 6th June
11:00 to 12:30 - All grades
13:00 to 14:15 - All grades, M. Cole
14:15 to 15:15 - Brown & Black belt session
15:30 to 16:00 - All grades

Kyu Grading: 16:00 to 17:30

This course provides a great opportunity for students from different clubs to meet and train together and all Kiryoku members are strongly encouraged to attend.
